On the other hand, there are some potential problems related to working or living in a foreign environment. First, individuals who move abroad themselves may be very sensitive to homesickness and nostalgia. These psychological disorders discourage them from integrating, which increases the possibility of isolation from the local population abroad. In addition, a foreign settlement can culminate in issues of cultural clash because of religious beliefs. For example, some Islamist refugees are subject to racial discrimination and even physical beating because of the prejudice that Islamism is the cause of terrorism.
